Accommodations:

6x Single Rooms located within a 10-minute drive (max) of the venue

1x Room with 2 queen beds for tech crew when applicable

Internet access at the hotel via either wireless connection or high speed is a priority.

Food:

Please provide 6 Healthy, hot meals or a $25 buyout per person to be paid to the tour manager upon arrival at the venue.

Dressing Room:

A lockable dressing room / warm up area

All Dressing Rooms are for the exclusive use of the American Girl band & technicians

All Dressing Rooms should have access to bathroom and shower facilities with hot and cold running water

All Dressing Rooms should have adequate electrical outlets and access to internet connection

All Dressing Room food and beverages to be presented in a first-class profession manner and to include all required cutlery, glasses, hot cups, mugs, plates, napkins, bottle openers, cork screws, ect.

Important Items:

24x  Bottled Water (Core, Essentia) preferred

12x  Selection of Bottled Beer ie: Sam Adams, Stella Artois

6x    Cans Pepsi

6x    Cans Diet Pepsi

6x    Gatorade (Orange)

1x    Large 24-ounce bottle of Ginger Ale ie: Seagram’s, Reeds

1x    Bottle Jack Daniles 750mil

1x    Electric Kettle for boiling water

1x    Assorted Tea’s

6x    Large mugs for tea

1x    Squeezy bottle of honey

1x    Selection of fresh fruit, to include bananas, grapes, fresh berries

1x    Deli tray to include cold cuts and assortment of bread

1x    Selection of various “bite-size” chocolate bars ie: Twix, Milky Way, Kit Kat ect
